All artworks are shipped worldwide with great care and discretion. Once full payment has been received, your piece will be carefully prepared and dispatched. Please allow approximately one week for delivery.

NO RETURNS
Due to the nature of each artwork – deeply personal, emotionally crafted, and entirely unique – returns and exchanges are not possible. The creation of your piece involves intimate dialogue, artistic interpretation, and meticulous framing. Therefore, no replacements or refunds can be issued once the work is delivered.

REPAIRS & DAMAGES
In rare cases where the artwork or frame is damaged upon arrival, we encourage local professional restoration where possible. This is both cost-effective and often quicker than international return logistics.

 

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with:

• Clear photographs of the damage

• Images of the original packaging

• A brief description of the issue

Each case will be reviewed with care and, if needed, external expertise may be consulted. If the damage is confirmed and significant, up to 50% of the artwork’s value may be refunded as a gesture of respect and responsibility.
